To ensure a prompt and accurate response, please include an image, your order number, and some details of the issue for quicker processing.
Once the issue has been processed, should we want you to return the faulty item, we will send you a return label so that you can send the item(s) back.
You have 14 days to let us know if there's an issue. Please check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.
Good to know:
We do not resell or restock any printed fabric or paper that returns to us. Even though we are proud to say that this doesn't happen often, mistakes do happen. When they do, we donate the fabric to universities and schools. Material that our quality control has rejected our team will gift to charities, schools, or recycling.
